TWA Trade Hack of the Week โ€” Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The TWA Trade Hack of the Week Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Trading with Ashley LLC ("Sponsor").

This Promotion is administered solely by Sponsor. YouTube is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Promotion.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion begins on September 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on September 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Comments submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will designate certain Trading with Ashley YouTube videos as participating TWA Trade Hack of the Week videos.

To enter, an eligible participant must post a comment responding to the Trade Hack question or prompt presented in that participating video.

A qualifying submission should contain a genuine, trading-related:

  • Tip
  • Rule
  • Lesson
  • Personal experience
  • Trading "hack"
  • Risk-management practice
  • Educational insight

The purpose of the comment should be to contribute something relevant or potentially useful to the discussion and the Trading with Ashley community. Posting an unrelated word, emoji, repeated phrase, spam comment, or any other comment unrelated to the Trade Hack prompt does not constitute an eligible entry.

Entry limits. Each participant may receive one eligible entry per participating video. Participants are not required to comment on every participating video in order to be eligible. Each participating video represents a separate opportunity to submit one qualifying entry.

No purchase required. There is no purchase, payment, membership, subscription, or other financial requirement to participate. Participants are not required to purchase any Trading with Ashley product or service.

5. YouTube Community Guidelines

All entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.

Entries that violate YouTube's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or other applicable YouTube policies will be disqualified.

Spam, automated entries, duplicate comments on the same participating video, fraudulent activity, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate the Promotion may also result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets the eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.

6. No manipulation of YouTube metrics

This Promotion is intended to encourage genuine educational discussion among viewers.

Participants are not required to like a video, subscribe to the channel, share a video, increase view counts, or otherwise manipulate YouTube engagement metrics as a condition of entry.

A qualifying entry must be a genuine response to the Trade Hack question or prompt associated with the participating video.

7. Winner selection

Following the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will compile all eligible entries received through the designated participating videos. One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The quality, popularity, number of likes, or number of replies received by a particular comment will not increase that participant's chances of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor may separately select or feature favorite Trade Hacks for educational or entertainment purposes. Being selected as a favorite or having a comment featured does not increase or decrease a participant's odds of winning the cash prize.

8. Prize

One winner will receive $500 USD. Approximate retail value: $500.

The prize will be delivered by a method determined by Sponsor, such as a check mailed to the verified winner. No fee or payment will ever be required to claim the prize.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with accepting the prize.

9. Winner announcement

The potential winner is expected to be announced in the Trading with Ashley YouTube video scheduled for Friday, September 11.

Sponsor may also announce the potential winner through another official Trading with Ashley channel or platform. The potential winner will be identified using the YouTube username associated with the winning comment.

10. Claiming the prize

Sponsor will contact the potential winner by replying to the winning comment on YouTube. To verify that they control the account that submitted the winning entry, the potential winner must reply from that same YouTube account and provide the verification word requested by Sponsor.

Sponsor will then provide the potential winner with a private claim form. The potential winner must complete that form to provide the information needed for prize fulfillment.

The potential winner must complete both steps within 7 calendar days of the winner announcement.

The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable information needed to:

  • Verify identity
  • Verify age and eligibility
  • Confirm ownership or control of the YouTube account that submitted the winning entry
  • Provide a valid mailing address
  • Complete prize fulfillment
  • Satisfy applicable tax or legal requirements

Sponsor will never require a winner to:

  • Pay a fee to receive the prize
  • Send money
  • Purchase a product or membership
  • Provide a brokerage password
  • Provide a bank password
  • Provide a cryptocurrency wallet seed phrase
  • Provide TradingView, Fidelity, Robinhood, or other brokerage login credentials

Participants should be alert for impersonator or scam accounts falsely claiming to represent Trading with Ashley.

If a potential winner cannot be verified, fails to respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Public comments and featured Trade Hacks

YouTube comments are publicly visible according to YouTube's platform settings.

Sponsor may display, quote, discuss, or respond to selected Trade Hack submissions and the associated public YouTube username in Trading with Ashley content, including videos, livestreams, social media content, and community discussions, for purposes related to the Promotion and Trading with Ashley educational content.

Participation does not require an entrant to transfer ownership of the entrant's original content to Sponsor. Where required by law, any additional permission necessary for use of an entrant's name, likeness, or other protected material will be obtained separately.

12. Trading and financial information disclaimer

Trade Hack submissions are provided by individual participants and do not necessarily represent the views of Trading with Ashley.

Comments and information shared in connection with this Promotion are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as individualized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Sponsor does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, safety, or suitability of any trading technique, strategy, opinion, or suggestion submitted by a participant. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

13. Privacy

Sponsor will not require entrants to publicly post their mailing address, telephone number, legal name, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in the YouTube comments.

Personal information requested from a potential winner will be collected only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Confirm the winner's identity
  • Administer the Promotion
  • Deliver the prize
  • Maintain required business records
  • Comply with applicable tax, legal, or regulatory obligations

Personal information collected for prize administration will not be used to enroll the winner in marketing communications unless the winner separately and affirmatively agrees to receive those communications.

Sponsor will handle information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

14. Release of YouTube

By entering this Promotion, each participant acknowledges and agrees that YouTube is not a sponsor of this Promotion and has no responsibility for its administration, operation, winner selection, or prize fulfillment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant releases YouTube from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.

15. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whom Sponsor reasonably believes has:

  • Violated these Official Rules
  • Submitted fraudulent or automated entries
  • Attempted to interfere with the operation of the Promotion
  • Used multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits
  • Impersonated another person
  • Engaged in harassment or abusive behavior
  • Attempted to manipulate the selection process
  • Violated applicable YouTube policies

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, security issues, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination where lawful and appropriate.

17. Disputes

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.

Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

18. Winner information

Following verification of the winner, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner's first name and/or YouTube username as permitted by law and these Official Rules.

19. Agreement to Official Rules

By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
